How do I deactivate or discontinue the add-ons to my bill? I've a caller id add-on. I want get rid of it.

Welcome to the community!
You can have your caller ID disable permantently on your account, only a Fido representative can do that you can contact them from any of the available methods listed here.
You can also disable and enable it anytime you want from the phone itself.
