Deactivating Account in other country

Hello, I bought a FIDO postpaid Sim in April 2018, and I came back to my home country due to some personal issues. I did not deactivate my Fido account. All my bills have been paid. Please make arrangements for the deactivation of the account now as I will be in my home country for a while before moving back.

I'm sorry you had to leave Canada in a hurry.  If you need to deactivate your services, you can contact us using any of the options you'll find here.
