Your other post noted you were going on vacation.. Are you intending on returning to Fido when you come back? If you are returning to Fido, that would be considered a temporary suspension. Fido does offer a temporary suspension for a reduced fee on eligible lines, if that was your intention. You should note that the temporary suspension only applies to your services. You would still need to pay the monthly costs for financing the device, if any.
Unfortunately, there is no way to add the temporary suspension online. You should also note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer accounts. If you're eligible for the temporary suspension, you would need to contact customer service to have it set up.
