Hey,
I accidentally added an extra top up for this billing cycle because my account wasn't showing the 2 gb top up I (monthly recurring) had added previously. Is there a way for me to remove it off of this month's billing cycle (I already texted cancel). I've tried customer service on the phone but the wait times are horrendous and tried in person but they wouldn't do it either. I really need this to go away or I'm considering switching.

I fount that the easiest way to remove the accidental top-up is to change carrier. Sad but true.
