Data top up not cancelled, even after texting CANCEL to 222 numerous times.
2 phones on the same bills, the data add ons have not been cancelled even though texting to 222 numerous times and confirmation of the cancelation has come through, this has happened for numberous month and as the confirmation text had come through it was assumed it had been cancelled.
ALso, wanting to take advantage of the special offer, but would lose the additional line offer of -10%, how is this avoided??

The text message ''CANCEL'' to 222 cancels the data top-up as of your next billing cycle. If you still see the data top-up on your invoice, please contact our customer service and we'll be glad to look into that for you.
In regards to the 10% additional line discount, could you please specify which special promotion you're looking to go for? ​​​​
