I received a noticed of data overage of $250 on my phone but when I received my actual bill if was over $600 , how is it possible that I went over that much in only a few days and why did I not have a choice to stop any further charges or even a notice about that ? I’m confused and upset , how can this happen ?

Hey @Twin68 Smiley

I get where you're coming from, I can understand how upsetting getting such charges on your bill can be!

To answer your question, we send a  first notification when you reach $50 in overage charges. The data is suspended until the cycle reset, unless we receive the approval from the user to continue to bill the over usage. If we do receive the approval, the data suspension is lifted and you're able to continue using the service. We do offer a second notification when you reach $250, the fees being capped at $500 per billing cycle.

Have you received the $50 overage notification?

Also do you have access to your usage via the app or online?
