This happens every time I try to access my data bytes...please help!

Try these steps and see if it helps.
1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Fido app installed.
2. Try restarting your phone.
3. Uninstall then install the app again.
I tried it all... still won’t work. I called Fido and that’s what they told me to do
