I just switched to Fido. I got a plan and a free monthly data add-on. Just wondering where I see the data add-on as when I log into my account it doesn't show up, I see only my regular data limits there.

This is not an app thing, I see the numbers in my account logged via browser.

My point is... I have the agreement in front of me and it says... xGB + a free monthly add-on of yGB $0.00 and I see only the xGB being consumed!

What is the amount of data included in your plan and how much more bonus data is added on top of it?

Also, what do you currently see as your data balance on the Fido mobile app or online on Fido.ca?

Hey @crisnh and welcome to the Community.

You should be able to see all your data from your App, even the data bonus.

You had a chance to reinstall your app to see if you get the same result?
