I have recently been having problems with my apple music, which caused me going over my data unintentionally. I spoke with them several times to get the matter resolved, now I need help to get the overages resolved with the email they gave me from apple. How can I send that in?

I'm sad to see you've had trouble with your Apple Music service.


On our end, if the overages are from legitimate usage we won't be able to remove them from your bill. 

That being said, we understand that receiving a bill that is higher than expected can be surprising and will sometimes require some sort of payment arrangement to have more time to cover the balance. You can check out more details on how to set up a payment arrangement directly from here
