Credit refund

I cancelled my service in December 2023, waiting for credit refund of $54.20 since. It shouldn't be this hard to get my money back which Fido over charged. Such a hassle to keep trying to get a hold of on live chat and phone call. My last conversation with an agent was January 18th and he/she said cheque should be delivered within 5-7 business days. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing! 


Hi @Victoria1234 , when you are owed a refund after canceling, it can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and then sent out by mail. So maybe another week for the mailing. I know it seems like a long time and can be frustrating for you,  but the wait is for any extra charges that you may have incurred that weren't billed yet. Some examples are late long distance  or roaming charges that weren't charged at the time of your cancelation. It will come, but the process is slower than we anticipate
