Hi,
When will the credit be applied for the Free day of Roaming between Mar6-31?
My current bill shows I was charged but there is no credit.

Hello @maf1 on what date did you used the free fido roam? I used fido roam. My bill comes in every 28th of the month so if i have used the fido roam on March 15th, that credit will be coming not on 28th March but on 28th April Bill. It usually takes 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up. I talked about this with cx care. They told me it takes 1-2 cycles. Hope this helps

I called the other day and was told the credit would appear on the next month's bill. Makes sense that the credit would appear in the next billing cycle. Patience! 😀
