Credit balance on final bill

I have a negative balance on my final bill after closing account, should I not get a refund? It was pre-authorized payment.

Hi I have credit balance from my last bill, when my contract ended in August  2023.

I still have not recieved a check for my credit of $97.54.

Hey @Gabrielas,


We normally send it to you via cheque by mail 3-6 weeks from when your final invoice was produced in order for it to arrive. However, since your payments were by credit card you can contact customer service and request the money to be refunded back to the credit card. Keep in mind you need to request it before the cheque has been issued.
