Contest winner gift card gone

I won a DoorDash $50 gift card and now it is missing from my app. Do these expire? How do I recoup this card not used?

When you received the gift card, did you perhaps also get an email with the details? 

You might be able to retrieve it back from a link.

You should also be able to see it in the ''History'' section of the FidoXTRA page, in your My Account app.
