Hi.

Just bought a new phone with the 40gb Canada/US plan.

When I travel to the US, is there anything I have to do in the settings to ensure that the US side of the plan kicks in or is it seamless - I will connect to the US network and all will be good.

Hey @flex1,

You simply need to turn on your device's data roaming. Make sure you turn data roaming ON. Your device will be ready to use your data, talk and text from your existing Fido postpaid mobile plan anywhere, anytime.
