Few days ago I made some changes to the plan and hardware upgradation to one of the lines under my account.

spent about 1 hour and 40 minutes on phone talking to customer service representative. 

She offered me a new phone with agreed upon plan on two year agreement. Everything was recorded and documented.

after waiting for few days I called back to confirm about delivery status of the new phone. 

To my Surprise I found out that new phone was never dispatched since system doesn’t allow them to give me that phone on this new plan??

No one called me regarding this update??

I spent another 2 hours talking to different customer service personals and found out that they offered me that phone by mistake and I can’t get it!

eventually I was told to wait till Monday but nothing assured???

wondering why they promise things to make us sign agreements and then later back off
