I recently opened a new fido line in retail store due to back to school promo only available in store.
I couldn't complete my phone purchase online so I had no choice but to go in-store and pay the $50 activation fee.
Also, during sign up the rep told me fee will be credit back after 2 bills but i went home and check there isnt anything about it on the agreement. I chatted with live chat and was told to go back to store rep. I went to store rep he ignores me and denial about it.
Is there anything you guys can do.

Usually, with these promotions, there is never any mention of the credit for the activation on the agreement they would usually enter a code so the system knows to apply the credit within the given timeline.
If you do not see the credit applied by your third invoice then you can contact customer service and they will take care of it.
