My name is Lovepreet Singh. I bought my phone with fido in january 2019 with plan that provides 1000 minutes for international calls. A month before i got an offer to switch from 6gb to 10gb data for 1$ more so i thought its a good choice and i did not aware that my 1000 minutes will be removed. I changed it on my fido app and i did not get any notification or warning that they are being removed. Now i got bill 553$ which is too much for me because i am an international student here and cannot afford paying this much money. I also talked to customer support on call and chat and they still not able to resolve my issue. Now i will change my provider asap. This was an horrible experience for me and i will never recommend fido to anyone and also tell them to choose any other provider.
