Good morning.

On last Suday I went to Niagara falls with my family, and when we arrived close there, at the Butterfly Conservatory Parking, I received a text about Fido Roam, giving me welcome to be at U.S.

But I was not at U.S... my wish... lol.

So, I'd like to know if I'll have Roam charged for this day, what I can't accept.

Hi @PatriciaDias_83 , welcome to the community. That notice pops up when you are near the border or go to a different country to let you know that you've connected to towers outside of Fido's service area. It doesn't necessarily mean that you will be charged unless you make phone calls, send texts or use data when you're roaming. When this happens close to the border, there is a chance that your device connected to the American cell towers. Take note of the date and watch to see if you are billed on your next billing cycle and then call customer support to have it rectified. I've had that happen a few times and haven't had any charges incurred. You can avoid this from happening by setting your roaming options to ask first before connecting. It should be located in the settings for data roaming.  If you need to have this rectified, Here  are links to contact Fido support
