Hello. I keep getting offers to change my plan and I want to but I cannot keep my discounts if I change my plan online. I should be able to change my plan and keep my discounts. Now I have to call and I don't have time to sit on hold. Please make so plans can be changed and show discounts and the actual bill. Thanks
