Changing me to a new plan

I received a text message saying they would be switching me to a new plan. Everyone tells me this is better for me but since I use my phone for emergencies The only way I can use the plan to full advantage is to have more emergencies.

I have $90 in my account and I am wondering if the new "plan" will take value out of that or will I continue to top up everymoneht and never see this value increase ever again.

Tes I know and this is what I wrote:

I don't have twitter or Facebook. Why do I need one to authenticate who I am when I am sending you a message from my own account?

Just because someone has a mobile number doesn't mean they are ingrained in the electronic wilderness people have created. Oddly I can still write on paper with a pen, elongated device carrying pigmented like substance to leave a stain or trace as one glides it over an absorbant substraight.

So how am I supposed to fullfill your authentication process?

Hey mac2012! 

You do not need to have a Facebook or Twitter account in order to be authenticated, you can enter your Community username, mac2012, instead.
