I ported back to fido in february by the offer given to me (as per market condition) contains 50 GB data with unlimited Canada wide call and text with $10 promotional discount plus 1000 International Long Distance minutes to India, China + Hong Kong, UK, Mexico and Bangladesh for 24 months as per the other providers are offering due to market competetiveness. Recently, fido billed me $245.32 ($29 monthly fee + $188.10 Long distance charges + $28.22 HST). After contacting fido customer service, they adjusted the long distance charges by declairing it as 'Transaction Servicing Error'. In addition to this, they made changes into my account by setting up ADD-Ons giving me the same 1000 LD min by charging extra $3.00 for it each month. 

My question is "why would you given to me this offer in the first place under one price and later charging extra for it?"

When I moved to other service provider, their contract was precise which include the same offer as mentioned above plus they were also giving US + Canada unlimited talk. Due to price competetiveness and genuine support from fido's customer representative, I moved back to fido.
