Changed plan without my knowledge or permission

I am a fido customer and a ex employee.

Fido provided me a plan where i received a free tablet similar plan is offered to multiple customers too. So even though my account was employee account this plan did not had employee discount byt had a plan that was 0$ per month. Now that i left the organization they changed the plan without my permission or knowledge to the in market 10$ permonth with 30% discount. I did not authorize that change. I want my previous 0$ plan back. Please provide me info on take it to higher level as customer service is just there to waste time.

I think you cannot have your old plan since your not an employee anymore.

Welcome to the community!

 

Since you were an employee you should have better knowledge of how the discount works for employees and what happens after you leave.

 

You will have to follow the process either contact customer service directly or reach out to HR and see what they can do.

 

I am aware of the promotion you are referring to maybe it ended? Did you check your last 3 invoices to see if you were notified of the upcoming change?
