Hi,
I changed my phone plan yesterdat in order to get data as soon as possible. I tried to use it today and the data still doesn't seem to be working. I read a few posts on the forum and people were saying the new phone plan takes action during your next billing cycle. My next one is a while away and I need to be able to use the data as soon as possible. Is there anyway of getting the new plan to take action before my next billing cycle. If so what issues can come with that? (i.e. extra fee, etc.)

Did you change your plan online or with customer service? If you made the change online, it would have taken effect right away. If you made it with customer service though, then it would only start on your billing cycle date.
