Changed my phone number and i need it back.

Hello.

I've recently changed my phone number and realized after that my social media accounts and paypal have phone verfication, and i can't access the code as i've changed the number, So is there any way i can get the phone number back? it's been around 1 month. Thanks!

Hey @hadimouazzen, 

Once a phone number change completed, it is not possible to get back that same number. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to these 3rd parties to find a way and update the contact number they can send the verification codes to.
