I got a better plan from Fido than now, but if I change it, will I lose the benefits I'm getting now? I'm currently receiving a discount of $10 for two years that the store manager applied.
When changing plans all discounts are removed. You can always contact customer service before changing the plan and they can let you know if anything can be done.
