Apparently, even though there was a faster speed internet plan at the same price before the live chat, when I connected to the agent, the agent said that the plan was until July 6th as an event and now it is over and now the price has increased. And ...
 Why Fido charge twice of current plan fee? I know the yellow part was charged because I changed the plan, but why was the red part imposed?
I got a better plan from Fido than now, but if I change it, will I lose the benefits I'm getting now? I'm currently receiving a discount of $10 for two years that the store manager applied.
