Welcome to the community!

 

  Is there something you would like assistance with? You should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we have access to a list of specific available phone numbers.

 

  As mentioned by FidoVan, you should be able to change your phone number online via your My Account --> My Usage. From your Dashboard, the option to Change my number is located near the bottom of the page, under Quick Actions.

 

  Unfortunately, I don't believe you would be able to select a specific number, however, the system should provide available options from which you can choose.

Hi there @six6sux and welcome to the Community!

 

Here are the steps to do this online from your account (You'll be given a list of numbers to choose from. If you don't like the ones displayed, you can click to load new ones):

 

1. Sign into your Fido My Account.

2. Select the wireless number you want to change.

3. Select Change My Number.

4. Select the Province and City for the number, then click FIND AVAILABLE NUMBERS.

5. Choose one, then click Select Number. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the phone number change process.
