Hi, I just ordered a phone and I'd like to change the colour I requested. How do I inform fido before it's shipped out?

If the order hasn't been shipped as yet you can contact customer service and they can cancel the order and you can reorder the correct colour you want. Keep in mind if you got a promotion when you did the order and if you cancel it and the promotion is no longer available you will not be able to get it again.
If it is too late to cancel the order then you can take advantage of the 15 days satisfaction guarantee and have it exchange, You can find more info regarding the Satisfaction guarantee here.
