Change number n plan

I like to change my number and plan as I move to Montreal from Ontario. But when I tried to do that online it shows some error. Please help me with that

You should be able to change your plan as well as your phone number online.

What happens exactly when you try to do it from your online account?

Yes, the error shows that something went wrong and I hv to cl customer care.
