Hi there,

 

I just changed my plan to add data and was told on live chat (have the transcript and the pdf) that this will start on the new billing cycle which is be after Dec 8th.

 

When I go online into my account details it has my new plan already listed and currently no data used. I have not turned on my data and don't intend to but has this billing for this plan already started? I hope not as it seems I'm being charged for a new plan (data) i'm not using already and was told it starts Dec 9th.

 

Or am I still on my old plan (no data just talk/text) and will get a text or some message on Dec 9th to alert me that my new plan has kicked in and just ignore what it says online in my profile for now?

Since this is account related you should contact customer service and they can review your account and let you know what is happening.
