This is Damandeep. I tried to preorder iPhone 14 pro max on September 9. I made payment and got an error at last which says to complete order contact customer service. I contacted them and one of the representatives told me that my order was on hold and needed validation. he gave me a contact number to call on and finish the verification. I did so, but the person on the call said that there was no order placed successfully, and that the money will be refunded. But it has been four days now, and no refund has been received. I contacted the bank and they told me that card was successfully charged. Please help me.
