Cannot update credit card on my account

I tried updating my credit card in every way I know - computer, laptop, cellphone, chrome, edge, firefox and even tried the internet explorer. Still unable to do so. 

Please advise if anybody has got a magic wand to fix the issue.

Hi there @901223057 , I don't know why you wouldn't be able to update your card online, you could give Fido a call at *611 and have a representative update it for you and perhaps find out why you weren't able to do it yourself. Let us know, cheers
