I am moving out of Canada at the end of May. I would like to cancel my subscription plan and the account altogether at that time. How can I do this?

Hi @WP1,
Only a Fido representative can do the cancellation.
You can dial *611 to speak a live agent to arrange the cancellation.
If you are currently in a contract they can also let you know the remaining balance that you will have to pay off.
You can also contact them through any of the available methods listed here.
