Hi I have left Canada and returned to my country on January 4th, thus I do not require my mobile plan anymore. I would like to cancel my plan and have tried calling the customer service multiple times, but no one has picked up. I have tried the other methods as well, but none of the staff has responded. Is there any other alternative because I would like to cancel the plan urgently? Thank you!
