Hello. I wanna cancel my account. I left Canada on January first and I have not used Fido since then. How Can I cancel it?

@boa930323 You will have to contact customer support to have the line cancel but if you will be coming back to Canada soon you can also have the line suspended instead of cancelling it.

 

Either way you will need to have customer service to do it for you its not something that you can do by yourself through MY ACCOUNT. Click here to see the different way you can contact Fido alternatively a moderator here in the community can help you also.
