Cancel to 222 is impossible

Impossible to remove the data top ups by sending Cancel to 222. It came with error.

It looks like your message was not delivered. Were you able to text other numbers without any difficulty?

Did you also try to power-cycle your phone and try again?

I was able to test it on my side and the message went through.

Yes, I am able to send text messages to multiple contacts without problems. I tried for several weeks already and always the same problem.

What other way to cancel the add-ons?
