Cancel prepaid

I am currently using prepaid for my phone where I buy vouchers to buy me time to make calls, texts, and etc. If I were to switch to another carrier and leave Fido, what am I supposed to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are planning on leaving.


Being on a prepaid account, you are not attached to an agreement or monthly billing, therefore you may transfer your phone number to another carrier at any time without incurring any penalties. Please note that if you do transfer your number, your account would immediately be cancelled and your balance would be lost. FidoDollars would also be lost as soon as the account is cancelled.
