I have been trying to cancel my account online and over the phone but it is very unclear how to do it, and I have currently been billed for 2 months that I have not used the account at all. Please could i have some guidance on how to do this?

Only a Fido representative can cancel a line, you will have to contact customer service to get it done. You can reach out to them through any of the available methods listed here.
