Can't view billing details

Hello.

This month the cos is higher than regular month, so I want to see the detail. but this month, I can't view the billing details. Here is the screenshot. As you can see, this month it is $123.80, but the latest bill in the select bill dropdown is the previous one. And PDF file, csv and etc are pointing the previous bill.  I checked fido app on my android phone, and it's the same.

Does it take a couple of weeks to see the bill details? or is this happened only me?

Hello @sehui,

 

I see your cycle date is the 22nd of every month, it is possible the bill has not been generated as yet since it takes a few days after your cycle date. Hopefully, it is there today or by tomorrow.
