Can't update number on app and can't send MMS

1) phone number can't be updated in app

2 can't message pictures

It been one week since I called Fido customer service. Every time they asked me the same simple questions

Hi @Carsonxu , sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting a solution to your issue. If phone contact didn't work out for you, might I suggest that you reach out to fidosolutions on Twitter (x) by dm and request assistance?  That way you can dialogue with a service representative by private messaging and not have to wait on the phone
