Can't roam

Im outside of the country trying to roam but for some reason it isn't working. How can i recieve a text that allows me to start roaming??

Hello @Sarsh-Lee,

 

It could be the destination is not covered by the Fido Roam to check if your destination is covered see here.

Also, your phone would need to be compatible with the network at your local destination.

Hello Sarsh-Lee,

 

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Have you verified that your phone's Airplane or Flight modes are disabled? Are you able to see any available networks when manually selecting networks?

 

  You might also consider contacting customer service to see if there are any roaming blocks on your account. alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
