Can't redeem $100 Amazon gift card

Hey everyone,

 

I checked fido xtra as I do often and it's telling me I won a $100 Amazon gift card. I filled out the info, did the math question and submitted everything. The problem is, when I click on "Redeem now" it just links me to the fido app, no link to any code.

 

Any help or clarification on this is welcome

Good news, the gift card has been redeemed.

 

I should mention though that the redeem code wasn't sent to my email but to the Fido app. This morning I opened the Fido app, went to xtra, clicked on the xtra link regarding me winning the gift card and this time the "Redeem Now" link worked by showing an Amazon gift card code. The code has successfully been redeemed to my Amazon account.

Just about 24 hours and still no reply from Fido?

 

For the record, initial post was made just after 12am on March 25, 2020.

The Amazon eGift Card is sent by email after 10 business days.

 

Have you had the chance to verify your junk email as well? The email is sent to the email contact address we have on file on your account. It would be a good idea to validate that as well.

 

If not, you can definitely contact us so we can have a look at this with you. 😊

I have checked both my inbox and spam folder in my email and so far nothing from Fido regarding the $100 amazon gift card.

still waiting on the email with code for gift card, prize is claimed though which is good.
