Can't even look at plan options while plan change is pending

I recently begrudgingly changed my plan. I was very dissatisfied with the options and had to cut out more than half my data just to save some money. While speaking to the rep I was told in certain terms that I could keep looking at plan changes. However, trying to access the plan options page I am told that I can't view plans while a cha ge is pending.

1. The change is complete and my data has been reduced

2. An advertised offer is available, one of the more expensive ones (big surprise).

Very tired of a lack of care from this company. First I'm fed some **bleep** about only certain plans being available to each account (while far better plans are offered to new customers). Then im told to keep looking for better plans but am locked out of that option.

How do I get around the block on looking for new plans? How do I get to see options that are not a total price gouging ripoff?
