Hello, been trying to do an upgrade but keep getting this message: We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436). Was letting me get to second step but now won't even go through the first step, tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) and even cleared cache and cookies and still nothing... Any help would be appreciated!
