Hello Fido support!
My name is Javier Salas and I have a problem that needs to be solved.
I've been going to Fido stores and talked to all the supervisors, even called customer service every time I get my new bill.
So I took the $65 a month plan from Fido... And was supposed to have a $20 off for 24 months after the first payment ( I was with chatr and they offer me this plan with this discount if I switched. And I did! ) I talked to supervisors of the stores that I went into and they all said that a case had been filed and they "had donde their part". So I keep calling customer service and they keep telling me " after the second bill" , "after the third" and know I'm worried that the discount will not appear in my fourth bill as if not in place.
