Can I activate call forwarding from internet?

Hi, Just transfered from Rogers to Fido, I start today, unfortunity the cell phone is locked by Rogers, so now I can not use my Rogers Number nor use Fido number, is it possible to set by internet to transfer all my phone call to my home phone device?

Call forwarding can only be setup from your phone. You would basically have to get your phone unlocked by Rogers as soon as you can

It still needs to be unlocked to work Same thing applies to our phones; they need to be unlocked if you plan on using it with Rogers or any other provider.

Can the OP clarify this question? I haven't the foggiest notion what you mean? A Rogers device works on Fidos network ( it's Rogers network to be accurate) .
