We are experiencing difficulties connecting via our Fido Home Phone and cell phones (new Samsung S8, old Nexxus 5) to multiple numbers in Tokyo, Japan. The issue is intermittant and has been occuring since October 2018 or earlier.
We were transfered to Rogers Technical Services but they have not resolved the issue since Nov 20th.
I am about to cancel our services with Fido.

Issue resolved by using skype for international cell phones for our long distance calls.
