Calling customer service problem

*611 & 18884813436 do not work.  I get that number cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again.  

Ok, so how do we call customer service now??

Hi there @Pantharen67 , sorry to hear that you are having difficulty contacting customer support. Are you dialing both numbers from your device? I checked on the contact page and indeed the numbers are listed Here 

The *611 is from your device and the 1-888 number should be able to be called from either land line or mobile device. It's strange that it's not completing the call for you.
