Calling Card for incoming calls to cuba

Hi, I am going to Cuba and need to receive incoming calls. Cuba does not have an international roam package where you pay $12/day and can use your phone. Does some sort of calling card exist where I can have incoming calls to my fido number but I am paying through the calling card, not my fido account. The pay as you go rate is $2.50/minute with Fido and is too high for longer calls. Thanks!

At this time the only travel options for roaming in Cuba are our pay-per-use rates. The current rates in Cuba are $3.00/min for calling, $0.75/SMS for texting, and $9.99/10MB for mobile data. You can find more info here.

Please note that charges on our end are based on usage made with your Fido SIM card, that is how we track your usage. In other words, if you want to avoid any roaming charges, be sure to remove the Fido SIM card before leaving Canada or to avoid making any usage on your device while the Fido SIM card is in it when travelling.

Hope this clarifies, and let us know if you have any questions.
