Callers from Samsung get an old voicemail greeting

I have an iphone 13. People who call me from a Samsung device get a special voice mail greeting that I deleted 3 months ago. I changed my settings and only have a current voicemail.  People who call me from iPhone get my current greeting, its seems to be only Samsung device callers get my deleted greeting. FIDO has deleted and re-installed my voicemail package twice but it does not help. Has anyone experienced the same?

Thank you @FidoVan but that's not the issue. Already tried chaning my greeting a few times, its not working for those who call me from a Samsung device.

Have you tried to reset your device to the Factory settings to seeif your contacts are still hearing that greeting message?
